RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the European Directive 44/99 / EC and of the articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers the conformity defects of the products.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised no later than the essential term of 30 days from receipt of the product to the address indicated for delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide proof of the timeliness of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by showing the original of the delivery note or notification of delivery of the express courier.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please indicate this reason as a reason during the return request. You will be asked to send one or more images relating to the defect found and you will be contacted directly by the customer service by e-mail or by telephone with the instructions to proceed with the shipment.
It will be possible to make the return request for defect or non-compliance within 30 days from when you or a third party in charge of you received the product or in the case of purchase of multiple products delivered separately with a single order, received the last product.
It should be noted that if the withdrawal is exercised at a time following the delivery of the product, the customer is required, in any case, to return the product to Venturi Group without having used it in the least.
To that end:
the substantial integrity of the Product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
The costs of returning the goods to Venturi Group are the exclusive responsibility of the customer, who must send the product properly packaged and packaged in a manner similar to that with which it received it. Venturi Group does not accept returns that are damaged, but kept in excellent condition, preserved with the use of normal diligence.
The Customer must insert a copy of the delivery document or notification of the courier and purchase receipt inside the packaging box.
We will return the purchase value to you after the arrival of the goods in our office..
To confirm receipt of the return, you will receive an email in which we will inform you of the quantity of returned items and the refund amount.
Venturi Group will refund the amount for free, within 15 working days from the date on which you will receive the information email on receipt of the item.
In case of return of damaged items or with evident signs of use, the return will not be accepted: the products will then be sent back to the customer (at the same address indicated at the time of purchase) and the purchase price will be retained as a refund.
All payments you have made will be refunded including delivery costs, no later than 15 working days from when Venturi Group received the returned products.
The timing may vary based on the payment method used:
- - purchase with credit / debit card:
the actual re-credit date depends on the institution that issued the credit / debit card
- - purchase with PayPal:
the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible from the date it was ordered by Venturi Group. The actual refund on your credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
- - the refund is made to the current account indicated by you;
the timing of the refund depends on the correctness of the data provided to Venturi Group and in any case no later than 15 working days from the date of receipt of the return item.
